FUJIFILM Italy alongside ISPA for the Exhibition of the Italian Sustainability Photo Award

ISPA, Italian Sustainability Photo Award is the photographic award created by the Parallelozero photographic agency, in collaboration with the main sponsor PIMCO, to raise public awareness on the issues of environmental, social and governance sustainability, summarized by the acronym ESG.

The ISPA – Italian Sustainability Photo Award exhibition will be open to visitors from 10 to 30 July in the Sala Liguria of the Palazzo Ducale in Genoa: a photographic exhibition dedicated to Italian sustainability stories. Protection of the environment and biodiversity, respect for human, cultural and social rights, enlightened management of territories, innovation and excellence are some of the themes developed and told through the photographs. FUJIFILM Italia, promoter of the value of printed photography, has the satisfaction of supporting ISPA, as the images on display came to life thanks to the silver halide photographic paper supports of the Fujiifilm Original Photographic Paper range.

The paper used is Fujicolor Crystal Archive Digital Paper Type DPII Matte and was chosen for the particular color rendering that enhances the beauty of the images and the conservation unchanged over time.

On display are the images of Matteo Bastianelli, Jean-Marc Caimi and Valentina Piccinni, Matteo Capone, Tomaso Clavarino, Enrico Genovesi, Schirra Giraldi, Giacomo d’Orlando, Paola Lai, Vittoria Lorenzetti, Matteo de Mayda, Pietro Romeo, Nicolò Panzeri, Valeria Scrilatti, Christian Velcich, Elisabetta Zavoli, authors of emblematic stories of Italy in transition towards a more sustainable future.

The exhibition was inaugurated on 10 July at 18.00 in the Sala Liguria of Palazzo Ducale. The Talk “Sustainability & Innovation: the food of the future” took place from 6.30 pm, a series of speeches in which experts and important representatives of various fields discussed topics related to the ISPA award.

The ISPA Talk event is organized in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) and featured Claudio Semini, head of the Dynamic Legged Systems (IIT) laboratory; Nemo’s Garden, the project that developed the first underwater greenhouses of terrestrial plants in the world in Liguria; and Stefano Mariani, researcher at IIT’s Bioinspired Soft Robotics Lab.
